We provide several opportunities throughout the year for further development of relationships by organizing game nights, Field Day, a Jr./Sr. high formal dinner, park days, a variety of family fieldtrips, and other fun social events for the students; monthly support meetings for moms; and an annual picnic for families.
Upon graduation from high school, our students are academically well equipped to pursue their passions. For many, that will include furthering their education in vocational, college, or university settings. To assist them in this endeavor, we provide referrals or direct assistance within the fields of ACT/SAT prep, CLEP testing, career counseling, college search assistance, and scholarship applications. We have assisted students in obtaining the coveted Daniels Fund, World Changers Scholarship, and other substantial scholarships and grants to Colorado Christian University, Pepperdine University, and Masters College.
As a community of everyday people, our member families have everyday trials. When a need arises, we find ways to support one another. Whether through an organized meal schedule, impromptu hospital visits, anonymous financial donations, free child care, or a listening ear, we are a community who bears each other’s burdens.
